Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has reopened registrations for 394 flats under its Aishbagh Square and Park View Apartment housing projects, offering homebuyers another opportunity to secure premium residential units through a lottery-based allotment process.
Of the total flats on offer, 276 are available at Aishbagh Square on Mill Road in Aishbagh. The project comprises three-bedroom apartments with servant rooms, each spread over nearly 1,900 sq ft. Prices start at around Rs 1.11 crore.
At Park View Apartments, located opposite Rashtra Prerna Sthal in the Basant Kunj scheme, registrations have been opened for 118 flats. Flats range between 154 sq m and 195 sq m, with prices starting at about Rs 75 lakh for 3-BHK units and Rs 95 lakh for 3-BHK-plus-study apartments.
According to LDA officials, allotments for both projects will be made through a transparent lottery system. Construction is expected to be completed within three years, while possession is proposed within five years.
After allotment, buyers can pay the remaining amount in instalments over 36 months. Those opting for full payment within 45 to 90 days of allotment will be eligible for discounts ranging from 4% to 6%.
LDA vice chairperson Prathamesh Kumar said that online registrations will remain open from June 1 to June 30 through the authority’s official website. Applicants must deposit 5% of the estimated flat cost as a registration fee, while those belonging to reserved categories must pay 2.5%.
