Roseg Gletscher

Bordering the Ova da Roseg River in the Val Roseg, stop for a meal at Roseg Gletscher. The sun terrace of the restaurant sweeps the votes. Not least because it’s got the same epic views studded with mountains and wide-open spaces, that backdrop life in these parts. But also because the restaurant creates meals that are driven by local ingredients and pallet. Think deer and capricorn sausage, air-dried deer and wild boar ham, with pear bread.
