Do Mori is thought to be the oldest baraco in Venice. It is practically an institution in Venice, and has been serving local Venetians for over 500 years from its unassuming spot near the fish market. This old baraco oozes history and old world atmosphere, the dark wooden interior has copper pots and kettles that hang from the ceiling, along with a long worn wooden counter top. There is a good selection of local wines that you can try, and the cicchetti include things like stewed octopus, pickled onions with salty anchovies, polenta, and yummy crostinis displayed on the counter. So all you have to do is just point to what takes your fancy.
