The 20-year-old streamer, whose real name is Braden Peters, recently shared before-and-after photos following a nose job performed by celebrity plastic surgeon Michael Salzhauer, better known online as Dr. Miami. The images spread quickly across X, TikTok and livestream communities, sparking intense debate over whether the procedure improved his appearance or damaged it.

Criticism flooded social media almost immediately after the photos surfaced online. Many users argued that Peters looked more unique before surgery and accused cosmetic trends of pushing influencers toward the same polished appearance.

“His face had character before now he looks generic,” one person wrote.
“Jesus Christ, he looked way better before,” another user commented beneath the comparison photos.


Others questioned whether the final results were still affected by swelling following surgery. “This looks uncanny it doesn’t fit his face,” one critic posted, while another added, “Hope it’s just swelling otherwise bro ruined his face….”

Peters became one of the movement’s most recognizable faces by teaching followers how to improve physical attractiveness through strict grooming routines, fitness changes and extreme body modification advice.

Clavicular controversy grows beyond plastic surgery debate

The nose job conversation arrives during a chaotic stretch for the influencer, whose name has repeatedly appeared in headlines this year for reasons far beyond social media trends.

Peters previously livestreamed dangerous behavior, promoted controversial appearance hacks and openly discussed using steroids and appetite suppressants as part of his transformation journey. Some experts have criticized the culture surrounding looksmaxxing for encouraging unrealistic beauty standards and risky physical experimentation among young audiences.

Legal trouble has also followed the streamer in recent months. Last month, Peters and fellow influencer Andrew Morales pleaded no contest after being charged with unlawfully discharging a firearm at an alligator inside a Florida wildlife sanctuary. The pair received probation and community service.

Earlier this year, Peters also faced battery allegations and was hospitalized after an overd*se incident during a livestream in Miami.
