The sea-facing residence is located on a high floor and offers stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Industry reports suggest that the property is valued between ₹30 crore and ₹40 crore. Rohit’s investment reflects the sustained demand for premium residences in Worli.

Sachin Tendulkar lives in a heritage bungalow which he got revamped later according to his and his family’s preferences.
