Sathya to Naagini 2: Here's how popular TV shows fared on the TRP charts

The latest TRP reports of Kannada television is out. Unlike the previous ones, there has been a drastic change in the positions of the most-watched daily shows. While a few shows continue to woo the viewers, a few have witnessed a dip in terms of TRP. Here is a quick look at the top shows of Kannada television

The newly launched show 'Sathya' seems to have scored well on the charts. The show has earned a tremendous response from the viewers and has bagged the numero uno spot. It was in the second position the previous week. Well, within a few days of its premiere, Sathya seems to be giving a tough competition to the other shows already.

Gattimela, which ruled the TRP charts throughout the year has witnessed a fall in the latest TRP reports. The show has slipped to the second position. From Vedanth-Amulya's love story to conflicts between Suhasini-Dhruva, the show has indeed got the viewers hooked to their TV's with its interesting storyline.

On the third spot is the love story of a middle-aged business tycoon and a young girl. The show marks the comeback of ace actor Anirudh Jatkar on the small screen. Being a star-studded show, Jothe Jotheyalli also has B M Venkatesh, Vijaylakshmi Singh, Devaiah Kalakanda, Shilpa Iyer, and many others in prominent roles.

Looks like the latest twist in the storyline seems to be favouring team Mangala Gowri Maduve in terms of TRP. The show has an increase in TRP ratings and has secured the fourth position.

With a close competition, Geetha and Paaru have shared the fifth position jointly. While this is the first time Geetha has entered the top five race, Paaru has bounced back to the top five race again. The show was out of the top five show the previous week.

Supernatural fiction Naagini 2 has also witnessed a dip in the latest TRP charts. The show, which was in the fourth position the previous week is now out of the top five race.
