Families often choose a hotel based on the rooms, pool options and value, which are all reasons why this hotel is one of the best of the best in the city of Winnipeg when it comes to families. One thing that impresses the most is that every single room is replete with a mini-fridge and a microwave, perfect for hungry kids who need a snack. Unlike some of the other hotels on this list that offer bunk beds, the Travelodge only offers two queen-size beds as an alternative for families but does provide cribs, playpens and cots on demand. No need to worry about bringing your own here. Inside the tropical courtyard families will find plenty to keep them occupied including a heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna for mom and dad. One of the more unique features here is the 5 pin bowling facility that offers cosmic bowling from 5pm on every night of the week, located right inside the hotel. The on-site restaurant offers great food at great prices and the lounge often features specials throughout the day. Perhaps what makes this hotel the most popular though is the value, priced at under $100/night and includes unlimited access to the pool, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Family getaway packages are often offered at this hotel and include pizza and bowling for one great price.
