If you’re after a conveniently located hotel, then Geopark Hotel Langkawi is it! It is situated within the Oriental Village. As a result, the Cable Car and two of Langkawi’s most popular waterfalls are at walking distance. It’s possible to witness a lot of Langkawi’s flora and fauna—monkeys, colourful birds, and butterflies—around the hotel. There is a beach at walking distance and the formidable Mat Cincang Mountain looms large in the background. Read less
If you’re after a conveniently located hotel, then Geopark Hotel Langkawi is it! It is situated within the Oriental Village. As a result, the Cable Car and two of Langkawi’s most popular waterfalls are at walking distance. It’s possible to witness a lot of Langkawi’s flora and fauna—monkeys, colourful birds, and butterflies—around the hotel. There is a beach at walking distance and the formidable Mat Cincang Mountain looms large in the background.The rooms are simple and the facilities are basic. Comfortable beds, room service, and TVs, mini bar, and coffee and tea making facilities are available in all rooms. The hotel does have a pool but it doesn’t seem to be in use all the time. Make sure you request the receptionist to book an island-hopping tour, snorkeling excursion, or jungle trek for you.
