It is hailed as one of the most impressive restaurants in Las Vegas, and definitely deserves to be on this list. So, if you have the chance, don’t miss out on this exciting dining experience. It is located on the 23rd floor of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Las Vegas, and seats about 65 people, which means you definitely need a reservation to eat here. The restaurant interior commands a lovely atmosphere, including views of the strip, hanging lights that resemble the night sky, and a great mix of guests including families, couples and solo diners. The menu changes here all the time and it is important to note that the menu items are never duplicated, which means that if you have something you like on the spring menu, you won’t find it on the winter menu. Chef Pierre Gagnare is known for taking traditional French cuisine and transforming it into innovative and creative menu items, including lobster soufflé, and American wagyu steaks. Make sure to check out the suspended wine loft that is both dreamy and incredible, and ask your server to recommend the right wine to pair with your dinner. Whether you indulge in one of the tasting menus or the regular seasonal menu, you will not be disappointed.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
