There are an overwhelming number of choices for those who love their meat in Las Vegas, but one of the best restaurants to get your meat fill is actually Bazaar Meat. José Andrés’s actually calls his restaurant a celebration for the carnivorous and boy oh boy, it does not disappoint. For those who are squeamish about raw meat, we suggest avoiding this place though. The open kitchen is actually surrounded by huge glass displays full of gorgeous looking cuts of the raw meat that are each tagged with the meat’s name, and a description of the animal. The grilling of the meat is done in the kitchen on huge charcoal grills manned by some of the most impressive chefs in the city. There is so much to choose from here, including a main menu and tasting menu, along with a raw bar. We suggest starting with one of the stunning caviar flights as its something you can’t find in too many places. The different tartare’s are also absolutely wonderful. The look, the food, and the impressive skills of the chefs can all be marveled at here at Bazzar Meat, one of the hottest restaurants in all of Las Vegas.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
