Au Gratin is another prominent restaurant in Zurich where one can relish pure vegetarian delicacies. The place remains crowded with the vegetarian food lovers most of the time and why not! The restaurant is already so inviting and the aroma of dishes being prepared will only add to your hunger pangs. Au Gratin follows the concept of ‘less meat more vegetables’. Dishes are freshly prepared on order using fresh products and menu here keeps changing on a weekly basis. When in Au Gratin you cannot escape thonsalat, one of their classic delicacies, which is served with rice or lentil salad accompanied by raspberry sauce. The owners take pride in the fact that most of their culinary delights are gluten-free. Also do not miss out on tasting their desserts such as chocolate soufflé, cherry gratin and plum mousse, among others.
