The right way of consuming cauliflower

It's officially the season of cauliflower. From paratha to soup and stir-fry to curry, this cruciferous vegetable is enjoyed in many forms. As an excellent source of dietary fiber, it helps support smooth digestion, prevents constipation, and promotes the growth of healthy gut bacteria. It also helps in regulating blood sugar levels, keeping you fuller for longer, and supporting weight management. Being low in calories yet rich in fiber, cauliflower makes a great addition to balanced meals. As per the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) data, 100 gms of cauliflower offers 3.3 g of fiber. Whether enjoyed roasted, mashed, or added to salads and soups, this cruciferous vegetable is a simple and delicious way to boost your daily fiber intake and overall wellness. We have compiled a list of five additional high-fiber foods that you can pair with cauliflower.
