Foods that have longer shelf life!

There are many food items that go bad in no time and when you try to use them in a dish, it is only then that you realize that they aren’t in an edible condition any more. Often, vegetables, fruits and dairy products like milk and curd, if not stored properly turn stale in a flicker of time. For people who live alone far away from their families and work tirelessly day in and day out, this is a very big problem. Imagine after a hectic and long day of work, you pick up something to eat or use in a recipe and discover that it has gone bad. How heartbreaking the feeling is at that time!
There are numerous food items that have a long shelf life and can be used over a long period of time. They don’t require much attention in terms of storing in a particular manner and under fixed temperature conditions. Here is a look at 10 long shelf life foods to keep in your pantry.
