Mammootty is headlining B Unnikrishnan's upcoming film. The makers launched the title on Wednesday (Aug 17). The film is titled ‘Christopher’, and the poster confirmed that the film has Mammootty in the role of a cop. The tagline of the film reads, ‘Biography of a vigilante cop’, and Aishwarya Lekshmi has roped in to play the leading lady.

Anikha Surendran is debuting as a lead actress with the upcoming film ‘Oh My Darling. The film is helmed by debutant Alfred D Samuel, and Anikha Surendran is playing the protagonist. Actors Mukesh, Lena, Vijayaraghavan, Johny Antony, Manju Pillai, Srikanth Murali, and Nandu, will be seen in some pivotal roles in the film. Shaan Rahman is composing the music for the film.

The sequel of Prithviraj Sukumaran ‘Lucifer’ - ‘Empuraan’ will go on floors soon. This Wednesday (Aug 17), the makers confirmed the same. Prithviraj Sukumaran stated that the upcoming film is a commercial entertainer starring Mohanlal. Mohanlal too shared his excitement and added that the film is mounted on a massive budget and the film will be shot in many foreign locations.

Nivin Pauly is reuniting with Rosshan Andrrews for an upcoming film. The film’s title was launched this week. The film is titled ‘Saturday Night’ and it is touted as a complete fun entertainer. As per the reports, the film is a beautiful tale of friendship, love, and laughter. Apart from Nivin Pauly, the film also has actors Aju Varghese, Saiju Kurup, Saniya Iyappan, and Siju Wilson in pivotal roles.
