Bungalows in Juhu, villa in Dubai, Parisian home: Lavish properties owned by Amitabh, Abhishek, and Aishwarya Bachchan

The Bachchans are among the most bankable families of B-Town with their combined net worth and star power. Over the years, the family has also bought several properties in different parts of the world. These invaluable assets not only add to their investment portfolio, but are also the backdrop of several family moments. Take a look:

Amitabh is among the few celebs who invested in new properties during the pandemic. He bought a 5.184 square feet duplex in Andheri, Mumbai. Worth Rs 31 crore, the apartment is currently being designed and will be ready soon. While Amitabh had made the purchase in 2020, he officially registered it only in April this year. Sunny Leone will be his new neighbour in the apartment building.

Gifted to the Big B by filmmaker NC Sippy, the bungalow in Juhu is home to Amitabh, Jaya, Abhishek, Aishwarya and their little one, Aaradhya Bachchan. Surrounded by a lush green lawn, the two-storey bungalow features mirror shelves, traditional arches, and a massive wooden gate. Located in Juhu, it is valued to cost between Rs 100 crore to 120 crore as per reports.

Prateeksha was once shared by Amitabh and his parents, Harivansh Rai and Teji Bachchan. Bought in 1976, the bungalow still holds a special place for the family as Abhishek and Aishwarya had also got married in the bungalow in 2007.

Used as the family office, Janak is yet another lavish property owned by the Bachchans. It’s only a lane away from Jalsa. Purchased in 2014, it’s worth Rs 50 crore, as per reports.

Vatsa means ‘calf’, and the property is comparatively smaller than the other plush bungalows owned by the family. While previously, the ground floor was leased out to Citibank, it's currently rented to SBI for Rs 18.9 lakh per year for a 15-year lease including an escalation of 25 per cent every five years.

Amitabh had once splurged on a piece of land behind Jalsa in 2013 for a whopping amount of Rs 50 crore. Reportedly, it is spread over 8000 square feet.

The Bachchans also have an ancestral home in Allahabad (Prayagraj). Located on Clive Road, the popular landmark has now been converted into an educational trust.

Apart from Big B's properties, Abhishek and Aishwarya are also proud owners of a luxurious villa in Dubai. According to reports, the villa is situated near Sanctuary Falls and functions as the couple’s retreat space. Equipped with all modern facilities, it comes with a home automation system, a walk-in closet, a pool deck, and an 18-hole championship standard golf course.

Bachchans also own a house in the French capital. Reportedly received as a gift from Jaya Bachchan, the property is frequented by the family.
