High-voltage wire kills two bikers in Alwar
Alwar: Two bike riders were burnt alive after an 11,000 kV electric wire snapped and fell on them on the Dhalogala Road of Dhiroda under Tahla police station area in Alwar district Monday evening. The bike was also completely reduced to ashes in the incident.According to information received, the two were travelling on a bike on the Dalogala Road of Dhiroda in the Tahla police station area when an 11,000 kV electricity line wire suddenly snapped and fell on the road. Both bike riders were severely burnt after coming under the high-voltage current and died on the spot.A large number of villagers gathered at the spot. On receiving information, the Tahla Station House Officer reached the area along with police personnel and assessed the situation. Police transported the bodies to Tahla health centre.The deceased were identified as Moolchand, 55, and Ramesh, 52. The bodies will be handed over to the families after post-mortem Tuesday morning.
