Hyderabad: Telangana Rakshana Sena (TRS) chief
Kalvakuntla Kavitha demanded AP deputy CM
Pawan Kalyan to return his 10 acres of land in Kodikunta lake as it falls under Shikam land and within the Full Tank Level (FTL).
At a press conference at her Banjara Hills office on Saturday, Kavitha said the AP deputy CM bought this land right after staging a 11-day fast opposing the historic formation of Telangana. The official revenue records explicitly state that this entire 10-acre parcel is protected Shikam land, Kavitha said.

She said during the registration of the land process, massive discrepancies were deliberately manufactured to show that only three acres fell under the Shikam category. “This is a lie. We possess proofs, and I am certain the govt does too. We demand that the state govt initiate immediate proceedings, seize the land back, and compensate Pawan Kalyan under standard terms, just as they would treat any ordinary farmer,” the TRS leader said.
Alleging the HYDRAA was adopting dual standards on lake encroachments, she accused the body of acting as a tool to oppress the poor and middle class while shielding ultra-wealthy corporate violators.
“When we staged a protest against Sri Aditya Vantage, the agency tried to malign us, but we hit back with hard, indisputable facts. To this day, HYDRAA has not taken a single step toward penalising that project,” she claimed.
