Investments worth ₹63.54 crore were made in the fair.
The fair showcased housing properties in Chennai, Kancheepuram, Vellore, Coimbatore, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Madurai, Kumbakonam, Puducherry, Tirupati, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Lucknow and Allahabad. The fair facilitated loan options with on the spot in principle approval.

The government's decision to withdraw the increase in long-term capital gains tax on real estate was welcomed, but the change applies only to transactions before July 23. Credai Trichy to conduct FairPro property fair from August 9
Credai Trichy chapter organized a three-day property exhibition called FairPro 2024 at Kalaiarangam wedding hall, showcasing around 50 stalls with RERA-approved real estate projects, including villas and apartments. The event featured 24 city-based promoters displaying 2,000 properties, including residential plots, with prices ranging from Rs 30 lakh to Rs 3 crore. Financial institutions were present to offer housing loans.
