Bengaluru: When DK Shivakumar takes oath as chief minister Wednesday, attention will be as much on those he inducts into his council of ministers as on two other personal choices: What he will wear for the historic occasion, and whether he will finally shave off the beard he vowed to keep until becoming CM.Known as one of the most fashion-conscious politicians in the country, Shivakumar has built a distinctive public image through his carefully curated wardrobe.
