Twitch streamer Kathelina, formerly known online as Kvrtez, has spoken publicly after a viral controversy involving her former boyfriend, Imnotkenneth. The situation gained attention across social media after Kenneth posted a video claiming he found messages that led him to believe Kathelina had been unfaithful during their relationship. A few days after the claims spread online, Kathelina uploaded a 12-minute response video. In the video, she apologized to her former partner and acknowledged that she had made mistakes. However, she also pushed back against several stories and rumors that surfaced after Kenneth’s video gained traction.

“I want to start off by taking full accountability for what I did. I want to start off by apologizing to the person that I hurt the most in this situation, which was my ex,” Kathelina said in her statement. The controversy first exploded when Kenneth claimed he discovered messages through footage from a camera connected to a smart litter box located inside a bathroom. His video quickly spread across multiple social media platforms and sparked widespread discussion among viewers.

“There was a rumor going around that I was cheating my entire relationship and I’ve been doing this for months, which is completely false because this is only a recent incident that had occurred,” she said.

Kathelina also rejected reports claiming that her family had cut ties with her. In addition, she said she was not involved in writing a note that circulated online after the controversy became public.

The streamer then spoke about her relationship with Kenneth, describing it as toxic and abusive. She alleged that she experienced verbal, emotional and physical abuse during their roughly two-and-a-half-year relationship.

“My ex was never a saint like he paints himself out to be,” Kathelina said.

She further claimed that she has videos, photographs, letters and messages that support her allegations. Kenneth has not publicly responded to those specific claims as of the latest updates.

Toward the end of the video, Kathelina opened up about her mental health struggles. She said she had recently been admitted to a mental health facility after being considered a danger to herself. The streamer added that she plans to seek professional help before eventually returning to content creation.

“I do want to come back. I do want to be able to use my platform to raise awareness for mental health,” she said.
