"Muslims were attacked even during Congress rule," Owaisi reacts to Rahul Gandhi's Dalit remark

AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP, Asaduddin Owaisi, expressed his discontent with the statement made by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. On Wednesday, Owaisi remarked that Gandhi's response was unreasonable, pointing out that the question was about Muslims, yet Gandhi shifted the focus to Dalits. Owaisi also highlighted various incidents of violence against Muslims that occurred during Congress government. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is currently visiting the United States. During his address in San Francisco in US, targeting the BJP-led government he alleged that the impact of some actions Modi Government was being felt by minorities and people from the Dalit and tribal community. "What is happening to Muslim in India today, happened to Dalits in the 1980s," he said.
