It isn't an exaggeration to say many youngsters were once ardent fans of this serial. The show premiered in May 2004 and went off-air after airing 914 episodes ( in 2007). The Mystery series featured Abhilash, and Nivetha Thomas along with Gandhimathi, and Vietnam Veedu Sundaram in predominant roles.

The series is about the funny happenings at their home. At times, they land themselves in trouble while trying to prank the other one. The relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law has been portrayed in a funny way, similar to Tom and Jerry's relationship. This show was inspired by the famous Hindi show Tu Tu Main Main was very popular among Tamil viewers too.
