Bigg Boss Malayalam 3: Times when contestants fought over food

The third season of Bigg Boss Malayalam is reaching 50 episodes milestone. Besides the tough games, the show has staged huge fights between contestants. Notably, food was seen as a reason for some of the big fights inside the house. From arguing over one extra dosa to Bhagylakshmi's hunger strike, here is a look at the times when food became a villain in BB Malayalam house.

2/7

'Tea fight'

One of the first food-related fights was because of tea! Bhagyalakshmi complained that Dimpal is making tea more than 4 times a day, which will affect the daily ration. When Soorya, the captain, shared the same complaint to Dimpal, the latter defended that she is not over-consuming it like others. In the recent episode, Dimpal was seen accusing Bhagyalakshmi of making a huge issue out of it. "If she is being a 'Kudumbini' (family woman), it is basic manners to not mention the quantity of food one consumes," Dimpal said.

3/7

Extra dosa

Soon after the entry of wildcard entrant, Angel Thomas, another food-related fight happened in BB house. During breakfast, Angel asked for one extra Dosa and the kitchen team gave it to her after Firoz Khan requested the same. But later, Dimpal and Firoz were seen having a huge argument over the ration. Angel was spotted in tears that she happened to be the reason for the fight.

4/7

Manikuttan v/s Sai

After the dose-related argument between Dimpal and Firoz, the then captain Manikuttan and Sai were seen engaging in a huge verbal spat. In the dining area, Sai shouted that no one has the rights to restrict food for others. He later went to Manikuttan and raised a complaint. When Manikuttan tried to solve the issue, Sai raised his voice accuses the former. This created a huge brawl and Manikuttan says that Sai is taking personal grudges against him.

5/7

Fight over sugar

In one of the episodes, Rithu asked the kitchen team captains, Sajina and Firoz for some extra sugar. Firoz Khan reminded her that there is a ration for sugar. Soon after the conversation, Rithu left the kitchen area saying she doesn't want it. Dimpal noticed this and asked Rithu to demand the same. Later, Dimpal was seen having a conversation with Firoz and Sajina. In the conversation, Dimpal said that there is nothing wrong with giving half a spoon of sugar to Rithu. She also pointed out that the rest of the kitchen teams used to do some adjustments. This led to a huge argument wherein Dimpal pointed out that Firoz had earlier sparked fights over ration. Firoz argued why Dimpal is creating a ruckus when Rithu doesn't have any issue with the same.

Fight over lime juice

During the weekly task, 'Alakku Company', captain Sai Vishnu was seen making lime juice for all the contestants. Meanwhile, Firoz Khan made a statement on serving it to the opposing team, which apparently upset Bhagyalakshmi. He said, 'go, give it to all 14', in a reportedly mocking manner. Later, when Noby brought the lime juice, Bhagylakshmi denied saying that she doesn't want it and mentioned what Firoz had said earlier. Meanwhile, captain Sai meets Bhagyalakshmi and requests her to have it. He said that he made it for all the teammates but Bhagyalakshmi was seen as stubborn in her decision.

7/7

Bhagyalakshmi's hunger strike

In one of the recent episodes, Kidilam Firoz and Firoz Khan were seen having an argument regarding captaincy. Firoz Khan said that, if he becomes captain, he will never let anyone escape from work and eat happily in the house. This upset Bhagyalakshmi and she complained the same to Bigg Boss. Later, she declared that she will not have food from the house. Bhagyalakshmi also demanded that Firoz Khan should apologise and take back his statement.

After learning about Bhagyalakshmi's 'hunger strike', Firoz said that it is her strategy to gain sympathy. On the other hand, Sajina complained that it is an insult that Bhagyalakshmi is not having the food she cooks, but take other food items.
