Bigg Boss Kannada season 7 was launched on October 13. Host Kiccha Sudeep welcomed the 18 contestants who entered the BB house this season and wished them luck on their journey. Interestingly all the participants are celebs.

Abhinaya Chakravarthy of Kannada film industry. 'Kiccha Sudeep', continues to host the season 7 of Bigg Boss Kannada. The actor has been associated with the show ever since Bigg Boss Kannada aired its first season.

Host Kiccha Sudeep is reportedly charging around Rs 4 crores per season. The actor-turned-host, who is on a contract with the channel airing the show, has signed up for five years from 2015 for Rs 20 cores.

Pradeep Badekila, who has been associated with the show ever since the very first season of Bigg Boss Kannada, has managed to create an enigma in the minds of the viewers. Be it the narration of a task or a simple announcement in the house, the voice has the power of getting things back to the track.

The seventh season of Bigg Boss Kannada introduced a female voice through the Bigg Boss Radio. The contestants get their daily dose of 'Gyaan' through this voice the moment they wake up.

Unlike the past two seasons, Bigg Boss Kannada has shut the doors for the commoners this year and consist of celebrities from different backgrounds.

Bigg Boss team has been very confidential about their contestants. To keep up the secrecy, the participants are masked or either blind-folded before they could enter the Bigg Boss house.

Considering the fact that BB Kannada will have only celebs this time, the makers had reportedly approached actors like Deepika Das, Jay D'souza, Raagini Dwivedi, Alok Babu, Amulya and many others.

K R Pet Shivraj, VJ Agni, Shwetha Prasad, Kuri Prathap and Neha Patil were some of the names which created a buzz initially as the expected contestants of the season.

The contestants are rumored to be charging a whopping amount as their remuneration. While some of them get paid per day, some get paid per week of their existence in the show.

The celebrities who enter the glasshouse have to pay a compensation of two crore rupees to the channel airing the show if they decide to walk out of as per their convenience. This was revealed by Raju Talikote recently in the show.

The contestants get a day off from their daily routine in the house as they get a chance to greet their favourite host. There are not much of activities or tasks assigned by Bigg Boss. All they do is just get decked up for the weekend episode.
