Karanvir Bohra, who was earlier criticised for deleting TikTok, took to his social media account and said, "I am thankful and happy for the decision taken by the government." He adviced Indian Tik Tok stars not to worry as people love them for their talent. He explained that such products have agencies which come to them (actors) with campaigns and he lost one right after he deleted TikTok. It also led to monetary loss but Karanvir shared his morals matter to him much more. He also added, "A lot of people laughed at me, saying that you can't prove you are a nationalist by deleting an app. But I feel every little step matters." He concluded, "I don't understand when a government takes a decision only then we understand. If someone hurts or abuses your family, you wouldn't spare him. So keep your principles and morals higher than the value of money. It will take you a long way ahead." In the end, he saluted the government for taking such a drastic and important step."
