Rithvik Dhanjani on how Khatron Ke Khiladi has changed him as a person; says, ‘Every stunt reminds you that life is to be cherished’
Actor Rithvik Dhanjani is all set to participate in Rohit Shetty-hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. The promo of the reality show is out, and fans can’t wait to watch their favourites perform. He recently gave an exclusive interview to Times of India TV, where he opened up about his preparation for the show, his fears, and much more. The actor has participated in the show twice before, making this his third stint.
While talking about who he thinks will do well on the show, he said, “Anyone on the show who isn’t powerful or potentially really strong is because this game is not about how physically agile or strong you are; it’s mostly to do with your fears in your mind. So I think the person who’s going to be the most mentally strong is going to be the most lethal competitor.”
He revealed how the show has changed him as a person and mentioned, “I’m sure it has a relative importance in me moving ahead in life, but I feel the excitement, the feeling that there is nothing better than climbing above your fear. As soon as you cross your fear, what we perceive is always going to be a cliff or probably an end to something, but more often than not, it’s a new start. So I think that’s the learning that the show gives, or has given me, over so many years.”
He then shared, “I think the most amazing life lesson I’ve ever learned is that this life is meant to be enjoyed because even though we’re doing the craziest stunts, which are visually so enigmatic, if we were not safely rigged or taken care of—if this was actually happening as you see it—every single stunt reminds you that life is to be cherished.”
While talking about the lessons he has learnt from his participation in the stunt-based show, he said, “It’s to be lived to the maximum capability of what you can live because any single moment could just… you know, the next moment, you don’t even know what your next moment probably has in store for you, but it could probably be your last moment. So just live, live every single second that’s given to you like it’s the most glorious second of your life. I think that’s the learning that the show probably gives me.”
