Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestants: From Awez Darbar to Anjali Arora, here is probable list of contestants for season 2 of BB OTT

Bigg Boss OTT season 2 is a week away from its premiere date (June 17). This season is going to be hosted by Salman Khan and the host promises that it will get difficult for contestants this year. For the unversed, season 1 was hosted by Karan Johar and Divya Agarwal had lifted the trophy. Ahead of the show launch, let’s take a look at the names, who might be seen this season.

Anjali Arora rose to fame for her dance video on ‘Kacha Badaam’ on social media. She was then seen in reality TV show Lock Upp. Anjali’s social media presence has only increased and it will be interesting to see how she performs in BB OTT2 after already being locked up previously in another reality show.

Ismail Darbar’s son and Gauahar Khan’s husband Zaid’s younger brother Awez Darbar’s name has been doing the rounds ever since the second season was announced. He is a dancer and has a humongous presence on social media.

Palak Purswani’s name has been creating a lot of buzz ever since news broke out of her participation. A source told BT that Palak is one of the confirmed contestants and her image suits the requirements of the show. Buzz is, ex-boyfriend Avinash Sachdev might also be seen. Palak has done shows like Splitvilla, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and more.

Jiya Shankar is a well known name now after doing Katelal and Sons show and she was recently seen as Riteish Deshmukh’s love-interest in Marathi film Ved. Jiya’s name is also doing the rounds.

Avinash Sachdev was dating Rubina Dilaik many years back. He was then in a relationship with Palak but the couple called it quits in 2020. When asked about his participation in the show, Avinash replied BT, “I can’t talk about it. My friends keep asking me about it. I have also heard Palak’s name this season but I have no idea.”

Pooja Gor’s name has been doing the rounds as one of the confirmed contestants. However, reports also suggest that the actress backed out from the show. Whether she will be seen or not, will be confirmed when the show goes on-air. Pooja is know for her role in Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya.

Creative producer Mahesh Poojary’s name is doing the rounds for this season as well. He has worked as a creative producer for television, web series and songs in the entertainment industry. There’s no confirmation yet.
