Bigg Boss 12 to Khichdi: Shows that failed to meet audience expectations in 2018

Year 2018 saw a lot of shows that kickstarted with a lot of buzz and hype created around them. While a few came out with flying colours, a few did not deliver what was promised and somehow shut shop soon. Here are a few shows that did not do well. Photo- Instagram.

Bigg Boss 11 set benchmark so high that Bigg Boss 12 season could just not match up to its level despite having good stars on board. The show was extremely hyped as it was set to return to the small screens after 9 years. The show to be hosted by Salman Khan made the audience extremely excited but somehow the show failed to click with the audience. Photo- Instagram.

Laado 2

Dil Hi Toh Hai

The show was hyped a lot due to Karan Kundra. It marked Karan's comeback to the small screen in a fictional show after a long time. Despite a lot of buzz around the show, it did not hit the right chord with the audience and was taken off air soon.
