On October 15 a news piece suggested that Aditya Narayan had only Rs. 18000 in his bank account. Later in an exclusive interview with ETimes TV, he cleared out that his statement was misconstrued and that he has not gone bankrupt. He said, “I was asked if I was ok with offices and work reopening post the lockdown and the Government did the right thing. I was speaking in that context. I have worked continuously for 3-4 years, and during the lockdown, I had to think twice before spending. And I had a few payments to make and when I checked my balance that time, there were a few thousands left. But, I am working and everything is fine. Punjabi singer Tushar Kumar claimed to be married to Bigg Boss 14 contestant Sara Gurpal. He revealed that they got married in 2014 and also made a few more revelations. He posted a marriage certificate and a few other throwback pictures with Sara on his social media. Tushar shared that he was the one who sent Sara to India to make her career, but she never returned, "I have never lived in India for long so we arrived at a common conclusion. I sent her to India and we decided that she will work there and in between when she doesn't have projects lined up, we can be together here. Another issue was we were very young and we did not think about the consequences. Even she was in just the early stage of her career. Till then she hadn't made it big in the industry. When we were together and she started getting work, for us it was like she will try in the industry if she gets success it would be awesome and if she doesn't it's ok we will be together. We were really young and we did not think about the future." In a recent interview, Sara Gurpal agreed that she was married to him. She claimed that it was an abusive relationship, and therefore, she parted ways with him.

Kaun Banega Crorepati host Amitabh Bachchan was asked by an expert guest if he got involved in any household chores during the lockdown. In response to the question, Big B shared that he has been sweeping and cleaning as he doesn't know how to cook but rest other things he did during the lockdown and in fact, he continues to do it. Kerala based 12-year old, Aryananda Babu won 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs' Season 8. Talking about her win, Aryananda said, “I can’t believe that I won — I cried when I heard that I was the winner. On October 12, the entire Mumbai city experienced a power cut for hours, and Divyanka Tripathi wrote about the same on social media. She tweeted to find answers about the power cut but a Twitterati took this as a chance to troll her. He told her to learn to live without makeup and AC. During one of the episodes of KBC 12, host Big B’s computer stopped working for a few seconds. This took the legendary actor by surprise. He started the game for contestant Swapnil Chauhan, and as soon as Big B moved towards question no. 2 for Rs 2,000, his computer stopped working for close to 10 seconds. Mr Bachchan kept repeating ‘Aur do hazaar rupuyon ke liye ye raha aap ka sawaal’ but his computer froze. Surprised by this Mr Bachchan told the contestant ‘computer toh atak gaya’. Roadies fame Prince Narula and wife Yuvika Chaudhary got diagnosed with dengue. On the occasion of their wedding anniversary, Yuvika took to her social media and informed that they did not celebrate as they are unwell. Actor Pearl V. Puri lost his father Vipin V. Puri after suffering from a silent heart attack. The sources informed that “Pearl's father was hale and hearty. However, three days ago, he developed pneumonia as well as suffered a silent heart attack, and succumbed to it. The Puri family is in a state of shock as everything has been sudden. Pearl, who was shooting for his show, 'Brahmarakshas 2', had to rush back to his hometown overnight."
