With so much confusion and debate of the vaccines approved for travel, here is some positive news coming from one of the most spectacular destinations. If you have always wanted to visit Greece, then you have an opportunity to do so now. As Greece has opened its borders to third-country travellers, and for the European Union, it should be noted that it recognises the most number of vaccines for travel.
Greece has also imposed entry requirements for travellers, which means that you are required to show proof of vaccination. Vaccines that are approved have been listed above. The vaccination certificates that you are required to show in Greece must be in one of the six languages as preferred by Greece. These are German, English, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian.
For travellers from the European Union, they can also present other two certificates issued as part of the EU Digital COVID 19 passport.
