Benital in Uttarakhand to be developed as Astro Village

Situated in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, Benital is a beautiful place for those who love stars, sky and moon. The state government has decided to develop Benital as Astro Village to promote astro-tourism here. This month, Benital hosted a first-of-its-kind 'Astro Party.' Here people got an opportunity to get up and close with constellations and planets. The administration of Chamoli together with Starscapes Experiences held this unusual astro party.
