One of the oldest department stores in Oslo, Steen & Strøm first opened its doors in 1797. The focus is on exclusive stores and luxury brands so you'll find a wide range of designer clothing, cosmetics and perfume, alongside two speciality food and drink stores - Ica and Vinmonopolet - in the basement. The sixth floor is home to Emil & Samuel, a popular brasserie and – in the evenings - one of Oslo's busiest clubs. Read less
