Sugar Foot Ballroom is the place to be if you are looking to gain a little spring in your step and learn some new dance moves. It’s Date Night here every Friday night and admission will cost you just $10. What this gets you is a full on swing dancing lesson that lasts 45 min. Once you have learned all the moves, it’s dancing time. For the next three hours, you are encouraged to test those moves you’ve learned, mix with new people and perfect your swing dancing. The venue where the event actually takes place is Sugar Swing Dance Club, and it should be noted that this is an all-age, dry event with no alcohol available for purchase. If you can’t come on Fridays for this beginner event, there are other dances that happen on Thursdays and Saturdays and, although they don’t include a lesson, people of all ages and expertise levels are welcome. So what are you waiting for, transport back to the 50’s and come get your swing on here with Sugar Foot Ballroom.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
