This year, the sixth edition of Mountain Bike (MTB) Kerala will be held in Wayanad on December 21 and 22. Latest reports suggest that top cyclists from different countries are expected to take part in this contest this time.

As per a press note from the organizers, the mega biking event will display the skills of biking professionals as well as amateurs from India and abroad. Kerala Adventure Tourism Promotion Society (KATPS) of the Kerala Tourism Department is hosting this event, along with the Wayanad District Tourism Promotion Council and Cycling Federation of India.
The press note also informed that this year’s race will be held in three categories, i.e., International Cross Country, National Cross Country —Men, and National Cross Country — Women. And this year for the first time, the event for amateurs has been included in MTB Kerala.
