Elegant Asian-inspired decor flows from the lobby into each of the 227 guest rooms and suites, while top-of-the-range amenities such as hypoallergenic feather pillows, rain showers, Egyptian cotton sheets, and luxury bathrobes come as standard.

Other amenities that manage to usurp the sizable competition include a butler who'll be at your beck-and-call 24 hours a day, the first Elemis Spa in Southeast Asia, and the spectacle of a saber-wielding head butler who slices the cork off a bottle of Moet & Chandon at 7pm every day.
