Neelkanthi Yatri Niwas, a Haryana Government managed property, is a fantastic place to stay for inbound travellers to Kurukshetra. It is located within a walking distance from many popular tourist sites, including Brahma Sarovar, Shree Krishna Museum, Panorama Science Centre, Birla Mandir and Sikh Gurudwara. In spite of being more than two decades old, it has been maintained very well. The hotel has twenty standard double rooms, one suite, one four bed dorm, and a six-bed dorm. Suite and Rooms are mainly booked by leisure and business travellers. The dorms make this place affordable for backpackers and as well as students.Accommodation is clean and refreshing, and the rooms have clean sheets and linens, and spacious bathrooms. Amenities include towels, toiletries, hot water, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, AC, and room service. CCTV cameras monitor all public areas. There is no in-house laundry service, but the staff can arrange it on the guest's demand. Some of the amenities depend on the type of room chosen by the guest. The employees are well-informed and extremely polite. There is a restaurant inside the hotel that serves lip-smacking American breakfast, Chinese snacks, and also a wide variety of Indian snacks and main course. The hotel serves pure vegetarian food, and the consumption of alcohol is prohibited. A big beautiful garden is located at the centre of the property to rejuvenate one's soul.
