Desert Himalaya Resort

This luxurious camp has a total of 25 luxury tents and 25 deluxe tents; it is located at Diksit in Nubra Valley. With lush green garden, majestic mountain peaks and serene atmosphere, the resort comes close to perfection. Every room has been furnished well, and appointed with comfortable beds, thereby allowing guests to experience unmatched luxury. The Desert Himalaya Resort also includes a dining room that can seat 80 guests at a time. The dining room serves Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes. Good news for those looking for fresh food item—the vegetables are mostly grown organically right in the resort. The camping resort comes with a fabulous jogging track, and a fish pond that teems with fish and rainbow trouts! The Diksit Monastery is about 3 km away from the resort and is the largest and oldest in Nubra Valley.
