Unrivalled views and ultimate comfort
Imagine pulling back the curtains each morning to a view of Europe's biggest medieval square. As the only hotel on the Rynek, Wentzl can't be beaten for location - and the building's history is pretty impressive, too. Built in the 15th century, it's been one of the city's most prominent buildings ever since, and a lovely18th century fresco survives on its facade.
The copious hot and cold buffet breakfast sets you up nicely for a day's sightseeing, while the hotel's restaurant – established in the 18th century - serves refined cuisine redolent of its past as a favourite haunt of Polish aristocrats.
