This East Atlanta neighborhood spot takes taco-stand food to the next level. Chef Robert Phalen brings chicken-heart tacos, young goat tacos, and whole grilled sardines to the table at Holy Taco. It's easy to see that he has fun with his cooking. Plus, Chef Phalen is known for a dedication to local and organic ingredients.
