A Friday brunch for sophisticates
Popular plate: Stop by the chocolate fondant station for an oozing volcano of cocoa—made to order.
Eschewing the traditional buffet format, Traiteur instead weaves their offerings through a central kitchen, where a team of chefs whip up haute French fare on the spot. All the food sings, though the foie gras crème brûlée and aged sirloin top the charts. Food and drink are, of course, unlimited.
Friday brunch from 12:30 PM to 4 PM
