Perched just above the rocks at, Mom Tri's Kitchen has all the ingredients for the recipe to remember for the discerning diner.The fine fusion of Mediterranean and Thai cuisines is the brainchild of Executive Chef Sura Putha. The Hot Crab Soufflé - baked crab meat flavoured with spices - and the Gung Kata Noi - sautéed rock lobster with Thermidor sauce with vegetables and jasmine rice are superb examples of the chef's creativity.
Mom Tri's Kitchen has also been the recipient of the Wine Spectator's Award of excellence for three years in a row. The restaurant and has over 350 labels including an extensive organic wine list and 16 wines available by the glass.
