The first SkinnyFATS restaurant that opened in Las Vegas was an immediate success, prompting a second one to open and a third one is on the way. If you have never heard of this restaurant, there are a few things to know about it. The menu is divided into two parts, the ‘skinny’ part, which offers more healthy items, and the ‘happy’ part, which offers some unhealthier choices. Examples of healthy choices include the Meanbean, a home-made vegan patty topped with spinach, onion, tomato, avocado and spicy hummus that is between a multigrain bun. On the happy side menu, you will find the Cherry Popper, a 1/2lb beef patty topped with cherry banana peppers, spicy slaw, pepper jack and a fried egg all on a Hawaiian role. The menu is huge here and includes everything from breakfast to flatbread pizzas to burgers and sandwiches to rice bowls to tacos and salads. The chefs behind this concept can be referred to as culinary geniuses and you will soon enough know why this is one of the most sought-after quick bite places to visit in Las Vegas. Don’t leave the city without going here and trying out at least one or two menu items.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
