Basic, full of flavour and extremely fresh, this is the north Indian answer to a craving for some southern masala. This humble eatery is a Delhi right of passage, and great for a light breakfast or heavy lunch depending on what you order. The food is churned out by the second, so even though you'll have to queue up for a table, you won't be waiting long. Ignore the north Indian and Chinese parts of the menu and focus on the south Indian staples that Sagar is known for. There are also a few recent fusion inventions such as spring roll dosa and hot garlic dosa. If you're visiting in a large group, eating the four-foot-long family dosa can be a culinary adventure.
