If your idea of a relaxed meal involves gazing at yachts bobbing on pristine waters while you laze under the shadow of pine trees, then Orsan Restaurant is the place for you. The eatery is located in the Orsan Yacht Club Marina and is considered one of the top culinary haunts of Dubrovnik. There are some excellent Dalmatian specialties on the menu including black cuttlefish-ink risottos and octopus salads. The ‘Fresh Fish of the Day’ at Orsan is legendary and some of the best in town. We also love it during quieter breakfast hours—it’s a perfect start to the day.
