A relatively small restaurant serving delightful global cuisine, Goldener Anker is easily the best place in Interlaken for those who love dining in the company of live music. Its red, white and green brick exterior perfectly complements the warm and cosy ambience of the establishment. An extremely family-friendly place despite bearing a pub-like vibe, Goldener Anker has everything from luscious fondues to crispy spring rolls, along with hearty portions of fajitas, raviolis, noodles and soups. There is also an elaborate salad bar if in case you intend to eat healthy. Anker is, in fact, one of the few restaurants in Interlaken to cater to vegetarians and vegans. And as far as drinks are concerned, their local Rugenbrau beer goes best with a live rap performance.
