La Pergola is one of the best restaurants in Rome if not Italy. Located in Via Alberto Cadlolo 101 in Rome Cavalieri, La Pergola has 3 Michelin stars, a wine cellar with over 60000 bottles, a choice of 29 types of water, olive oils and vinegars from only the best productions in Italy and uses only the best ingredients. The environment is incredibly stylish and refined, with the best choice of ceramics and cutlery and only the best fabrics for table cloths. The view from the restaurant is spectacular. The menu changes regularly based on the availability of seasonal ingredients, and includes lobster, mullet, spaghetti cacio e pepe with shrimps marinated in lime, risotto dishes and beef fillets. The prices are quite high, but they only reflect the incredible quality of the food and the exclusive environment. Reservations are necessary.
