If your idea of a perfect date involves delicious wine then Cured is the just right place for you. The newest wine bar in Edmonton is both beautiful and inviting, with over 50 different wines to try. This inviting space is made up of restored barn boards, brick walls, comfortable leather booths, hanging antler chandeliers and other unique decorations, including some pretty retro yellow stools. The menu and the wine are really what draw people here. Cured does a great job in specialising in cured meat, artisan cheese and locally sourced vegetables, along with offering an innovative menu that allows couples or groups to share plates, creating a unique dining experience. The ‘charcuterie board’ is among the favourites with options of over 15 different types of meat and 15 different types of cheeses. Pick and choose your favourites to make up a board or let the chef do the selection for you. Other popular menu items include oysters, short ribs and tenderloin. So, come for the wine, enjoy the ambience and fill your belly with some of the most delicious food in Edmonton.
