They describe themselves as a timeless restaurant that serves Italian cuisine and we have to agree. We are sure you too will once you step inside this gorgeous restaurant that offers incredible food. Guests will feel as though they have stepped back into time at Carbonne, where waiters don burgundy color tuxedos and table-side service is the norm. Take for example, their rum cart rolls right up to your table and offers you some of the rarest rum in the world. Retro flooring, glass chandeliers and vintage curtains all make you feel as though you have left Las Vegas and entered into 1950’s New York City. The menu is incredible here and includes favourites such as lobster ravioli, linguine vongole, veal parmesan and even a few non-Italian classics like a bone in NY striploin and cherry pepper ribs. Service is impeccable, as is the wine list that features some wines dating back to the late 1920s. It is a real treat to dine here and reservations are most definitely required.Refrain from posting comments that are obscene, defamatory or inflammatory, and do not indulge in personal attacks, name calling or inciting hatred against any community.
