Yet another Michelin starred name that is totally worth your money, Fujiya 1935 is a classic restaurant serving everything from simplistic European to complex Japanese fare. The menu defines the term innovative in unimaginable ways and a lot of thought has very evidently gone into the same. Handpicked ingredients come together to create a diverse blend of flavours, the aftertaste of which will linger in your mouth for days, perhaps months altogether. Every dish is presented with a lot of finesse and truckloads of love, so much so that you cannot help but stare at them and wonder if they actually belong in museums. Everything from the seafood to the array of meats is delicious and the desserts are sinful to the core. They also have a fascinating selection of wines to go with each course.
For all of the gastronomists, every dish is brilliantly explained by the servers just so that you have an idea as to what goes on your plate. Despite being a fancy establishment, the interiors of Fujiya 1935 are quite minimalist when compared to its counterparts and are like a breath of fresh air. Do keep in mind that reservations are imperative.
