Another of Pattaya’s top cafes and bakeries is Bake n’ Brew off Chalermphrakiat. And yes, to answer your next question, the “brew” in the name refers to coffee and not some of the ice cold brews that you will find people sipping on in the evening. Over the years, Bake n’ Brew has established itself as a premiere coffee shop, top-notch bakery, and one of the best breakfast spots in Pattaya. It is all fairly commonplace to see a digital nomad or two sitting in the corner, furiously typing away on their laptop (just like I am doing right now!).Beyond the countless breakfast options at Bake n’ Brew, they also serve sandwiches, subs, paninis, pasta and more. And since this place is also a bakery, nearly every menu item comes served with homemade bread of one type or another. Of course they also have plenty of Thai food as well, if that is what you prefer.
Recommended dish: Too late for breakfast? That’s okay, the spaghetti alla carbonara will fill you up and leave you licking your lips. Just try to save room for some of Bake n’ Brew’s delicious desserts!
